One-on-one calls

NB We discontinued using the appointlet app because of permission issues with accessing the calendars!!!

To book a 30 minutes one-on-one videocalls please open a ticket mailing the cws_help@nci.org.au. 

The email should include:

  • a summary of what you would like to discuss
  • preferred days/times
  • who would you like to talk to if you have a preference

Please give us at least a working day notice, we will get back to you asap to arrange a suitable time.

If you have a specific issue to resolve please include as much relevant information as possible, like paths to codes, input files etc. This will give us a chance to be prepared for the meeting and make sure we can access all necessary information.

If you have a preference for a team member, include that in the email, we will try to accomodate your choice. However, we might occasionally suggest a different member based on availiability and expertise.
