NCI Open OnDemand Service

NCI's Open OnDemand Service (OOD) is a server for interactively analysing data, using Python, MATLAB or R.

Instructions for getting set up can be found on NCI's help site

The CMS Conda environments can be accessed from OOD, as can most projects' /g/data storage
